Gary Hales has over 20 years of experience in the Performance Management field.

Gary has held roles such as Global Head of Learning for Performance Management and Strategy for HSBC where he was responsible for designing, developing and implementing a new Performance Management Learning Curriculum for 300 000 staff in 88 countires.  In addition he has held a number of senior roles where he has helped grow businesses through motivating and leading teams to success.

Gary has won a number of awards as recognition for his excellence in leading teams and driving performance, most notably he won "International Office of the Year" for two years in a row whilst managing HSBC International's sub-Saharan Premier and Wealth Management business.

Some other notable achievements for Gary are that he has worked alongside leading educational and academic institutions such as Harvard Business School and INSEAD Business School.   Gary led the team to design, develop and implement Executive Training Programs in areas such as "Leading in a Performance Dricen Culture" and "Creating and Driving Strategy" (please see the testimonials link on the right hand side of this page to see recommendations for Gary)
